operation failed error on admin user having send as permission on an account (it-admin) when calendar is shared from it-admin account

I've 2 users with 2 accounts (1. user1 & 2. user2). There's a additional administrative account named (it-admin). Using Office 365 (MS online). Office 2010.
One laptop (laptop1) is configured with the it-admin account as Primary email and user1 email account on the MS outlook. SO there's 2 email account profile on it (it-admin & user1)...
Another laptop(laptop2) is configured with user2 account as Primary email and the user2 account has 'send as' & 'Full' permission on it-admin account. (Send as/full permission given on Powershell).
Using laptop1(with it-admin and user1 account) & it-admin's calendar, share a new calendar throughout all people in organisation. Everyone is able to open calendar without fail. (everyone is given Publishing author rights; user2(already having sendas/full rights, is given owner/publishing editor right).
HOWEVER, user2 (on laptop2 & with sendas/full rights on it-admin account), gets an error "operation failed..."...and is unable to view/open the newly created calendar which could be opened by everyone, including user1... ONLY user2, who has the sendas/full rights is unable to open the calendar.
Any idea how to get 'it-admin's newly created calendar to be viewable/opened on User 2 (laptop2) outlook...
[I understand I could revoke the 'sendas' permission and add the it-admin profile to laptop2 as the secondary account to user2] But is there any other way to this?
Regards,
Anssari
