Gentlemen, I had an email account created, I disabled the Exchange account, destivei the user in AD and created an alias in another e-mail account with the name of the account that was disabled, however, when sending e-mail to the account that was disabled but is set as an alias to another account I get the error:Informações de diagnóstico para administradores:

Does anyone know why the error? I have other alias set and never got this error. thank you

You seem to have a cached entry in outlook which needs to be deleted.

are you trying to send from outlook or OWA
if from outlook is it in cached mode?

You can remove the single entry by typing in the address and when it appears you click the X button to remove it. Once delete give it a few minutes to take effect and then you can manually type in the address or select it from the GAL and it should work.
