The Exchange 2010 Toolbox has Remote Connectivity Analyzer listed and links to the website.
Rajith. - I used the site to test my newly installed 2010 environment. The Outlook Anywhere kept failing on port 6004. I worked for 2 days before I could actually test remotely. To my surprise, Outlook Anywhere and Autodiscover worked perfectly fine over the internet but yet the website still fails when I try it.
