Room bookings not working

Hi,
I have found a load of info on trying to get room bookings working on outlook 2010 with Cached exchange mode, unfortunately I still have not been able to get this working.
With all the changes i have also managed to prevent the use of Out of office replys where our users are getting an error message saying the server is not available.
Can anyone provide an answer to strip back the exchange setup and re-run all the commands required to get both room bookings and Oof replys working again?

We have just found the command within EMS, under Server Configuration, select Client Access and highlight your named server, on the right under the Action pane, there is the option to reset the virtual Directory. do this for all your virtual directories, perform an IISreset from command line and voila Out of office starts working again, room finder started working in cached mode.
