view only mails from own user in message journaling

Hi,
We are using Exchange 2010.
Now we want to use message jorunaling with the logged users can see his own mails only from journaling mailbox
and the user should not see other users mails.
How can we accomplish that

Exchange 2010 doesn't have support for item level permission, so that is not possible.Martina Miskovic

Journaling mailboxes contain very sensitive information. You must secure journaling mailboxes because they collect messages that are sent to and from recipients in your organization.
We recommend that you create policies that govern who can access the journaling mailboxes in your organization, limiting access to only those individuals who have a direct need to access them.

Hi
I have found the soultion my own
You can assign permission in exchange 2010 mailbox folder using AddMailboxFolderPermission cmdlet
then create inbox rules and Map the folder to outlook
