“unable to bind to the destination server in DNS”

hi,
its about more than a month we have done with installing Exchange 2010 in our environment and its running with no issues , recently I started obeserving that Mails are getting stuck in a exchange2003 and Exchange 2010 routing connector , earler I use to restart my Exchange server to clear this .. but when I checked at deep then I swa the message “unable to bind to the destination server in DNS”(on Exchange 2003 system management console), can you please help me in fixing this issues ?

If you have third party firewall than disabled smtp scanning on the device.Gulab Prasad,
