Hybrid configuration with Exchange 2010 SP2 multi-tenant?

Hi there,
We are planning to implement Exchange 2010 SP2 multi-tenant solution. One of the customer is going to use both on-premises and Office 365 for their Exchange system. Is it possbile to configure hybrid configuration for Exchange 2010 SP2 with multitenancy configured for one customer but not the others?
Any help would be much appreciated
