We have an Exchange 2010 farm with hosted organizations. Our customers are created under the OU 'Exchange Hosted Organizations'.

We have created a OU for users with mailboxes with the top domain right at the top, not in the 'Exchange Hosted Organizations'. This is as I know only way to do this because mailboxes for this organization uses the top domain name.

Out problem is that the Global Address List is empty. Other customers under 'Exchange Hosted Organizations' OU does not have this problem at all.

Any idea how we can solve this?

How are you creating the objects? Are you specifying an organization on creation?
