Exchange Management Shell problem E2K10

  I installed Exchange 2010 on Server 2008 R2 Std on 2 VMs hosted on Hyper-V 2008.  I relaized I need to be running enterprise to use DAGs.  I did an experiment on  3rd VM to see if I could upgrade a server from 2008 R2 STD to 2008 R2 ENT.  All went well so I proceded to upgrade one of my E2K10 server to 2008 R2 Enterprise.  That worked fine so I moved mailboxes from my primary server to the newly upgraded E2K10/W2K8 R2 ENT server to enable me to perform an upgrade of my primary E2K10 server  to W2K8 R2 ENT.  The upgrade to W2K8 R2 ENT completed sucessfully but now I get the following Exchange Management Shell error.  It appears I've lost a schema somewhere along the upgrade path.
