Exchange 2003 Stopped receiving Emails on 10/27/2009 How to debug?
- This is not the first time Exchange has randomly decided that I need more email security in the form of not letting me get any emails.
I need a comprehensive list of debugging steps to get my email server back on line or alternately the name of a less arrogant email server that lets me decide when to change settings.
I'd rather live with false hope than with false despair.

- Are you not getting mails from external or internal? Are all the message stores online? Is there mailing queueing up?

Would you please let me know whether the external sender receives NDR message when attempting to deliver message to your Exchange users? If yes, please post the NDR message here.
If no NDR message is received, please check your message tracking log. Whether you can find any information regarding the message which you do not received.
