Syncing Calendars between different mailboxes

Hi there,
I'm looking for a solution to keep the calendar folders of two or more mailboxes in sync.
The scenario: one Exchange organization holds mailboxes for different companies. Some board members have multiple mailboxes to reflect their roles in the different companies. A single mailbox for these people is not an option for many reasons. But we need consistent free busy information for scheduling. So syncing the calendars between the mailboxes would keep free busy information in shape.Any recommendations?
Thanks.
Te.Be.

A lot of us work with multiple calendars. In Outlook 2010, this is quite easy without synching. Personally, I use Calendars Groups and switch between calendars side-by-side, Scheduled view and Overlays.

Hi,
We are guys specializing the the synchronization tools.
We do this not just for exchange server but for other Microsoft products as well such as SharePoint, CRM, or Navision.
This is quite easy for a particular mailbox, where you can define also conditions according what the sync should be done.
See the picture attached.
It can synchronize two or more accounts, but also two or more sources.
