Exchange 2007 + Arcserv r12
I had a customer call in today. They are running
Server 2008 x64
Exchange 2007
w/
CA Arcserv r12 using the Exchange Agent to run their backups.
As of late they have been getting the following errors showing upLog Name: Application

Event Xml:
When running vssadmin list writers I see only one error: System Writer: Non-retryable Error. All other writers have no errors. The backup appears to actually complete, but the Exchange logs are not being truncated at all. There are about 5 days worth of logs sitting for 4 of the 6 Storage Groups this customer has.
Has anyone seen this issue while running an Exchange Backup using Arcserv r12 ?
Thanks in advance for any information at all.

- I have the same problem... but with Arcserve 12.5 Sp1 did you ever get to the bottom of this problem ?
A reply would be appreciated
Thanks in advance - You may want to contact CA support.
