Cannot send Email Internally

Hello,
I have just finish installing Exchange 2010, I have created some Email address and now users can received email from administrator and administrator can receive email from user. But when users are sending email to each other, I am getting an error that user email id is invalid.

Saturday, March 17, 2012 12:57 AMyou send an email from the administrator account for two users like User-A and User-B, both received the email and both can reply back but they cannot send to each other? what the error exactly and what client application are you using outlook, OWA ... etc

Check to see if the they have nay smtp proxy address assigned to them, they should have the default.
Check EAP.
Test via OWA.
