    Please let me know How can i defregment SCR database on exchange 2007?

    Run the typical eseutil /d on the database dismount the DB to perform the offline defrag. Once complete, you need to manually re-seed. It's typically discouraged to run offline defrags unless you'll be gaining a considerable amount of disk space and you're willing to for go the down time. It's typically better to create a new DB set up the SCR replica and move the mailboxes to the new DB then delete the old DB.
