    Hi,

My ISP provides me POP3 service for eFax, which means the fax is stored in their POP3 server.

I know that it will work if I add that POP3 server on my OutLook Email account,,,, but is there any way that my Exchange server can connect to their POP3 server so that I don't need to add POP3 service to each clients?

    Here is what I want,,,

When customer send documents via thier regular Fax machine to my eFax number, it will go to my ISP's POP3 server, whenever POP3 server receive a Fax, my Exchange server will grab that Fax and either download to the proper client or let user know there is a Fax on POP3 server.

    Will it be possible?

    Thank you for your help,,,,
