mailbox calculator

Hello,
When i ran the Mailbox calculator, i got below information
Disk Space Requirements
/ Database
/ Server
/ DAG
/ Environment
Database Space Required
997 GB
3989 GB
3989 GB
Log Space Required
69 GB
274 GB
274 GB
Database LUN Space Required
1371 GB
5485 GB
5485 GB
Log LUN Space Required
86 GB
343 GB
343 GB
Restore LUN Space Required
--
2664 GB
2664 GB
I can see Database Space Required 1994 GB per Server . Database LUN Space Required is 2742 GB. Why this diffrent ?
