    Hi

I have just enabled the antispam agent on our hub transport server(Exchange 2007). It is a single exchange environment

The queues disapeared after I enabled it. the only queue there is the submission queue. Currently all mail is going there but nothing is delivered. Internal and external.

    Can someone please help

    Thanks

    Hi,

Firstly, please understand it is normal that we only get submission queue if the Hub Transport server has no message to handle. Regarding your problem “Currently all mail is going there but nothing is delivered”, would you please let me know?

If you manually telnet to Hub Transport server locally to deliver a message to internal recipient, whether any error is encountered? If not, whether is the recipient able to receive the message?

    For your reference:

XFOR: Telnet to Port 25 to Test SMTP Communication

If the recipient is still not able to receive the message, please review message tracking log and application log on the Transport server to check whether we can find any clues. In addition, would you please let me know whether any NDR message is received when you send a message to internal recipient.
