- I have a Exchagne server 2007 installing Ms. Forefront for Exchange. The mail gateway is Baracuda. I am not able to receive the mail from the sinble domain named exam.com but I am able to send the same domain. I cheked with the mail gateway server Baracuda, but it shown that mail is receiving from the named domain but user is not able to get the mail. Some time later the exam.com domain users complained the below message:
reason: 550 5.7.1 Sender ID (PRA) Not Permitted)
Can you please help on the same.

- No, i think your exchange is fine Arun. till the time the user can send and recieve emails to all the domains and not to one. I think you are fine.

- Exam.com is using exchange 2003 or 2007? Looks like 2003. Ask them to check this http://esupport.trendmicro.com.au/5/Email-sender-gets-a-bounced-mail-with-the-message-%E2%80%9CSender-ID-PRA-Not-P.aspx
Also check if the SPF record is set properly.
Raj - I am not aware of which messaging solution they are using. Maybe Lotus Domino. Do you think that we need to do anything in my exchange server.
