Mail Delivery in hotmail
- I am having a problem in semdimg fresh mail to hotmail or live.com. But If I send a reply of a Live /hotmail it is going. I am not receiving any NDR. WHat could be the reason. Please help.

Yes, I agree with Andy, please enable SMTP log and check if you could find some clues there.
What’s your Exchange version? How about your mail flow? You relay the mail via an ISP or send to internet directly?
Please check the message tracking log, in the last item of a problematic mail, do it display like “message transferred to <mailserver> through SMTP”?Thanks,

- Are the messages in a queue on the Exchange Server?
Does message tracking show anything? - No it is going out from the exchange queue

- Make sure your ip is not blacklisted and you have proper reverse DNS records
