    Hi Amir,

Depending on the size and availability requirements of your Exchange installation, you could look at using ISA 2006 Enterprise edition to publish the Exchange 2007 front end servers (Client Access Servers). ISA 2006 has the ability to publish a web farm which simplifies this process.

To my knowledge NLB is also supported on the Exchange 2007 CAS servers and not on the Hub Transport servers that automatically load balance within an AD site boundary. If you plan to put the CAS and HT Exchange server roles on the same server, this gets a little complex.

The following blog entry also gives more information on this.

    Cheers,

    Rhys

One thing to bear in mind, is that using NLB as mentioned in Mark Arnold's article when having both CAS and HT roles on a pair of servers is not supported.

It will work but until Exchange 2007 SP1 it will not be supported by MS.

    Cheers
