    Dears,
when the CCR active node changes I have to change the registery to generate the OAB (EnableThisNodeGenerate) so is there anyway to make the OAB generated by CAS to make it more stable ??

Sure, you can bring up a standalone server with just the mailbox role and set that as the generation server, if that is what you are asking. I prefer that method myself.

What SP and RU is applied to the CCR cluster?

If you are referring to this issue, it was fixed in SP1 RU5:

Exchange 2007 CAS cannot copy the OAB from the OAB share on Windows Server 2008-based Exchange 2007 CCR clusters

sorry for the missing information Exchange 2007 SP1 RU 7 , I will update soon to SP2 , the problem is not fixed from my side (I don't know why) so what is the misconfiguration that I did !! I have RU 5&6&7 installed in all servers windows 2003 and the link that you gave me is a different error than mine my errors is source MSExchangeSA ID 9334 OALGen encountered error ffffffff while initializing the offline address list generation process. No offline address lists have been generated. Please check the event log for more information. and source MSExchangeSA ID 9395 OALGen is running on a cluster continuous replication (CCR) node which does not have registry value 'SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeSA\Parameters\MAIL\EnableOabGenOnThisNode' or it is not set to this node name. Offline address book generation will not be performed. when I change the registry everything is working fine , but I think there should be better solution than change it manually every change of the active node Thanks for Replying Regards,

    thanks for your help
that is what I do , when changing the active node I go to registry to edit it because it reefers to the passive node (which it was active) , but I mean is there a way to avoid this changing in registry every time the active node change ?? ,like hosting it in another role , or make the registry name as the cluster name for the tow servers !!
    Regards,
