- Hi,
Which exchange version do you use? Exchange 2003 or Exchange 2007? And user's outlook version?
Could you please post the track log to here?
Please also check whether there is an outlook rule or Exchange 2007 transport rule to prohibit the user's mail.

- So its only user "B" who is having the issue? I mean only one user?
Raj - yes, so far only one user are having this issue
- Try these steps
1. Reconfigure the outlook profile.
2. Check if can see those emails in the OWA.
4. Check if has got a valid email address.
2. disconnect and reconnect the mail box,.
Raj - Please Check User B's Mailbox in AD and make sure his emails are not forwarded to someother external account.
also do message tracking and see of the Mails are hitting his Mailbox.
Launch OWA and login to User B's Mailbox and check if you can see emailss
Finally create New OL profile for User B and check
Vinod |CCNA|MCSE 2003 +Messaging|MCTS|ITIL V3| - 1. the email did hit user mailbox
2. the email didn't receveid it, while i open user OWA to check.
3. i'm sure user mail did not forwarded to someone.
