OWA 2007 issue when changing password
- Hello,
I`m experiencing problem when changing password via OWA for Exchange 2007 SP2(CAS, Hub transport and mailbox store). I can fill in old password and new password, but after click on Save button it shows me exclamation on red dot and tells me that old password is wrong and i should type password in again etc. But I`m really sure that the old password is correct(I`ve typed in notepad, than ctrl+c and ctrl+v). Do you have any idea where may be error? Thanks for any help

Please try to type the password one letter by one letter.
Besides, I'd like to know if you can use OWA- option -change password to change passowrd.

- To add to Xiu comments, can you reset the password from AD and then try to reset the password again in OWA. Also try resetting the password and then try to login to OWA.

- Also try clearing the Internet Cache and Temp files and then lauch OWA and try to change password?
