    Hi everyone.

I am not sure whether this is the correct board to post this question on. If not please feel free to relocate it. I am using Outlook 2007 on Windows 7 to retrieve email from a standard POP3 server. For one account in particular each time I download the message it gets deleted from the server, the "leave a copy of message on the server is checked". Actually other accounts within the same PST are working correctly. So I tried renaming that account, deleting/recreating but it still deletes emails from the server. I have tested with the same identical settings on my XP machine (Outlook 2003) and it works as expected there.

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this? Is there some settings file I can try deleting recreating? Short of backing up the pst and reinstalling everything from scratch I am out of ideas.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

This is the Exchange server forum. For the Outlook issue, the support is limited.

Please try to delete the Windows's profile and recreate it, then configure the Outlook's profile again to check this issue.

    Thanks
