She is able to paste using keyboard shortcuts into the subject and body.  She is unable to paste at all using the right click menu.  The "Paste" option is available in the "to" field, but if she clicks it nothing happens.

She is running the 8.1.393.1 client, connecting to 8.1.240.0 server, and using MS Office 2007.

I had her make sure the HTML editor is set to MS Office in the "Programs" tab of IE7.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Also I recommend you to test the issue like below,we need to check if it could be the IE related issue, account related,or Server side issue.

    1. Try to use that account on different computer to test the issue.
    2. Try to use other account on that computer to test the issue.
    3. Please try to test the issue use your account on your own computer.

    Regards,
    Xiu

    Hi,

    First let's clarify the issue.

She is able to paste using keyboard shortcuts into the subject and body.  She is unable to paste at all using the right click menu.

What did you copy and try to paste?
Where did you want to paste the informtion?

Can you paste the information in Outlook?

Also please verify if you can reproduce the issue.

She is able to paste using keyboard shortcuts into the subject and body.

What do you mean " paste using keyboard shortcuts into the subject and body."
What is the keyboard shortcuts? CTRL+C?

    Regards,
    Xiu

    Hello,

The user is unable to paste any text into any field with the right click paste option.  When she clicks it, nothing happens.

I did some reading online and found an article that said the keyboard shortcuts would work (ctrl+c, ctrl+v).

She is able to use ctrl+v to paste text into the subject field and body field, but unable to paste text into the "to" field.  She will not be here for another hour, but I will go to her desk and confirm that I can reproduce the issue.

Thanks for your help, and sorry for being unclear.

    Best,

    Rob
