    I have a user her name for example  Joanna Mxxxxxxxx, she got married and changed her last name her, email address is Joanna@XXXXX.com so the email will not change only the display name when she sends email to read her new last name.

    I am using SBS 2003 Premium eddition which comes with exchange server 2003, I will change the name from AD users and computers, and see if the old name still pops up on the outlook 2003 when the user send email.

    That should work. I think you were only trying to do from the outlook and not the server side. Change the display name in the AD itself and that will get reflected on the Outlook.
