    Working with Outlook 2007 SP2

What we are trying to do is enter an event into Public Folders Calendars that are subfolders to a Master Calender and have those events automatically populate the Parent Folder (Master Calendar).  Trust me I know it is an easy drag and drop, but they want it automated.  I do not see a Rules option for these folders.  Any thoughts, or tips on how to attack this?

It’s a workaround, when you create the rule in the “Folder Assistant”, forward all items to subfolder into parent folder, with method “Leave message intact”. Then, the calendar will appear in the parent calendar folder, of course the recipient will still show as subfolder, not parent folder

Please use the “Folder Assistant” to forward the item into parent folder (Reference)

Good artical, and thank you for the reply.  But this is more for email as far as I can tell and not really directed for working with Calendar features, unless I am just missing something.  I did look at these properties and I did not see how it would fit my needs before posting but maybe I am just not clear on how to use the Folder Assistant to accomplish my goal of copying a Calendar event entry automatically to another Calendar within my Public Folders section.
