prevent message deletion from mailbox.
- can anybody help me how to prevent user to delete messages from their mail box, our company policy is not to delete any message in any mail box.
we have exch 2007 and outlook 2007

- From their own mailbox, no it is not possible to prevent. However you can consider for Journaling in Exchange 2007, where you can select journaling for selected people also...More Powerful Journaling in Exchange 2007Overview of JournalingNext version of Exchange server, 2010 has an option to set legal hold so even though user deletes mail, discovery search feature will catch deleted mails...Archiving and Retention
