I strongly suggest looking at third party control panels for any commercial use.

Raj - Hello,
I had the need to correct problems in the cluster (CCR) and when I went to the MPS to create an email account it says that there is no storage.
I have run the provtest addexchangeresources / x2 where he added the new storage groups but not the first storage group. He says that already exists.
I need to manually remove the first storage group of the MPS removeexchangeresources because the script does not remove.

jml - let me try to get a solution for you. Side by side can you also put your query on http://forums.asp.net/167.aspx which has got experts for HMC/MPS (microsoft provisioning system).
