Hi
It is possible and supported. This guide should help: http://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/exchange-server-2010/migration-deployment/running-exchange-2010-on-hyper-v-r2.html

Hi,
Yes, it's possible to install exchange as guest on a virtualization scenario. Be carefull with DAG and CAS, they can't be installaed in same machine.
This is the link to the best practices guide for virtualizing exchange server provided by MS:http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=2428
Best regards
Best Regards Don't forget to mark it as answer if it helps

Hi
You also need to check hyper-v setting. You can read this similar case

This isn't correct. You can run the CAS role on the same server running a DAG but what you cannot do is run Window Network Load Balancing (WNLB) and DAG on the same server. I'm guessing this is what Maher Riahi meant to say as it's quite often that you make use of WNLB to load balance the CAS role. So if you make use of WNLB to load balance CAS then you need separate servers from the DAG, otherwize you're fine.Be carefull with DAG and CAS, they can't be installaed in same machine.
