query about new-mailbox cmdled

From the following technet article http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd298064.aspx I could only make out that the search results of new-mailbox can only be copied into the target mailbox in a new a folder with the search name.
Is there a way that we can copy the search results directly into the original location of the target users mailbox where it actually existed ?
What are the different filters which we can apply for search query ? (eg: hasattachments : etc, specifically anything to include/exclude mailbox folders ) ? if possible please provide some sample search query involving all the filters.
