EWS Proxies for Exchange 2010

My application uses EWS Proxies for Exchange 2007. It uses a ProxyHelpers.dll file that was obtained from the companion site of the book:
Inside Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Web Services.
We recently upgraded to Exchange 2010 and our application now fails. I am trying to generate the same dll file from Exchange 2010. I am getting the message: HTML document does not contain Web service discovery information.
Does any one have a ProxyHelpers.dll file that was built for Exchange 2010?
