Migration of Web server Linux to Exchanger server

Dear All,
I am Roopesh Sr. System Engineer, i have an issue to be cleared now any one. we are using Web mail server configured at host monster US with xdomain.com remotely and no backup with us. the mail server was configured in Linux flat form. now our management was planning to deploy the Exchange server in our site but they will not give any down time to do this activity. is it possible to go directly from linux flat form to windows?. i want support on this very urgent.
