As a product Exchange stopped shipping WMI classes for Management information in Exchange 2003. For versions of Exchange from 2007 you should use the Exchange Management Shell cmdlets eg Get-ExchangeServer http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123873.aspx would be the most appropriate for what you want to do.
