    Hi,

First I’d like to know if Rollup 8 has been installed on Server1(CAS/HUB) and Server2(Mailbox). You can check add/remove to see if Rollup 8 has been listed there.

If yes, then please try to manaully restart the Microsoft Exchange related services.

    Services Installed by Exchange Setup

If we cannot start the services, then please try to follow kb944752 to add config file.

Exchange Server 2007 managed code services do not start after you install an update rollup for Exchange Server 2007

    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/944752

Besides, please try to run Ran Nltest /dsgetdc: /GC to see if it will return the domain controller.

Also please check if any service which Startup Type should be automatic has been stopped. Please try to start these services and then check the issue again.

    HI,

Base on my research on this matter seem you have a wrong configuration with Active Directory Site configuration. Due to that issues cannot find suitable domain controller by Exchange 2007.Please run DCDIAg on this pc and post it here.

    Regards
