Exchange Server 2010 Keeps doing the following:

All,
I have a Exchange 2010 built on 2008R2. Exchange was just patched to SP1 and all patches have been applied to 2008R2. I'm getting the following error:
Problem signature:

BlueScreens are tough to decipher and you may need to open a ticket with Microsoft support to get to the bottom of it. With that being said, how often does it bluescreen? Is it random? Did you also update you AV program? Any other meaningful events in the system or application event log? Have you applied all the latest firmware and drivers for your server/OS?
