"C:\Exchange2010-SP1-x64\Exchange2010-SP1-x64.exe is not a valid Win32 application. " is the error displaying while installing Exchange2010-SP1-x64.exe in win64 application.is any solution to install this plz if so suggest me...

Hi,
Maybe the file is corrupt.
Since there are really no good reason to run Exchange 2010 SP1, I suggest that you download Exchange 2010 SP2 and try again.
When your download is complete, extract the exe-file (just dubbel-click on it) and then start the installation from an elevated command prompt.Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 2
