Exchange 2007 SP3 publication behind ISA 2004

Hello to all, we need to publish E2K7 SP3 OWA to be accessed from Internet. The HUB and CAS roles are consolidated on the same machine and we have two machines (each one with HUB+CAS) on NLB. OWA certificate is in place on ISA.
We see that Internet connection arrives at ISA 204, but gets an access denied status. We red that for ISA 2004 to publish E2K7 OWA it works just with basic authentication, is it true (we need form)? Do you know another option that can be used to publish OWA using ISA 2004 using FORMs (we use certificate).
Best regards, EEOC.

ISA 2006 and TMG with the latest service packs and patches support forms authentication on the ISA/TMG server. I don't know about ISA 2004. Then it talks to the CAS using basic authentication. You can create a second OWA virtual directory configured with basic authentication just for ISA/TMG if you want to use forms authentication inside your network too.

Hi EEOC,
Do you use UCC SAN certificate, if yes, please see the following thread:
ISA 2004 SP3 - publishing Exchange 2007 with UC SAN certificate
