mail redirection

Hi
How can you setup mail redirection in such a way that
1. Email sent to a particular domain get redirected to another domain... e.g email sent to *@olddomain.com get redirect to *@newdomain.com
2. What feature within exchange 2010 can accomplish this ?

Hub Transport Rules or Shared SMTP space perhaps.
