I am having the same problem.  I have an Outlook 2003 (NOT express) client connecting to the exchange 2003 server.  In one case the end-user is forwarding a short message with three attachments to an Outlook Distribution list of 39 addresses.  The message is hitting the exchange server and being returned with the subject line message above.  ALL e-mail addresses in the distribution list are being returned at the same time.  In the second case a different end-user within the same domain is sending a message to about 1,000 users as a BCC.  She is getting the same response.  We are using a SonicWALL ESS500 Mail security applicance (formerly MailFrontier) to handle all inbound and outbound e-mail traffic.  The message is never getting out of the exchange server  The extensive logs on the ESS500 are not listing any of the e-mails with the above message.  This is a problem within the Microsoft family of products, but I have no idea what the resolution is.  Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    JAM

Ditto here.  I have the same exact setup you have.  It worked fine before the SonicWall installation.

Have you been able to resolve this?

    Thanks,

Did anyone find the solution for this... Was it a MS issue or Sonicwall?

Our Email Security is very RFC strict.

    This is an outlook issue.
