    Hello,

    I have tried to find documentation on this but I cannot seem to find an answer.  When using MS Transporter and going to Directory > Users I see possible AD matches.  While for the most part it works I am curious to know what kind of algorithm is used for matching between Notes users and existing AD user accounts.  Also is this something I can modify?

    You need to look at page 167 of the Microsoft Transporter Suite.doc, it explains the how it uses Hard matches and Soft matches.  Basically hard matches are based on the proxy address and soft matches start with the Display Name and then uses alias.
