QuestionCan't remove SMTP Connector Novell Groupwise in Exchange 2000

    Does anyone have an idea of why I can't remove the Groupwise connector?  I go through Add/Remove Programs/Microsoft Exchange and select "Remove" as the action for the Groupwise connector but at the end I get this error:

    Setup failed while The component "Microsoft Exchange Connector for Novell GroupWise" is set to action "Remove". (error 0x8000FFFF: An unexpected error occurred.) .

    An unexpected error occurred.

    And I did have ESM closed.
