We migrated from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007.
I followed the steps in the document http://technet.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/bb288905.aspx

I'm now changing the LegacyExchangeDN with ADmodify (for 1 user before doing them all) as described in the article with below value (ofcours change first organization and internal_name_):
    /o=First Organization/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (Internal_Name)/cn=Recipients/cn=%'Alias'

I now get the following error:
ADMODIFY.ERR - User was skipped because required attribute Alias is blank.

    Does anyone have a idea?

Ok, but that doesnt necessarily mean you need to change anything. Outlook relies on the legacyExchangeDN for replies and cached entries. You do not need to change anything unless you moved those mailboxes to another Exchange org or used Exmerge to move mailboxes and you need to add the original legacyExchangeDN as an x500 address.

    Are you experiencing problems?

How did you move the mailboxes? If you used the built-in Exchange move mailbox tools and this is within the same Exchange org, there is no need to modify the LegacyExchangeDN.

At this moment we have below value in LegacyExchangeDN.

    /o=First Organization/ou=first administrative group/cn=recipients/cn=........

    Which should be

    /o=First Organization/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (Internal_Name)/cn=Recipients/cn=.......

I saw some issues with the Free/Busy information.
Reading the article described i noticed you need to change this.
