    Hello

I hope someone can help me with a persistent issue we have been having.  We have a Microsoft Exchange 2007 server version 08.03.0245.001.  We have been having intermittent connectivity issues with mobile devices.  The one I would like to concentrate on resolving is a windows phone.  The phone is an LG C900 with Windows Phone 7.5 OS version 7.10.7720.68.  The user turns his phone off at night.  When he turns the phone on in the morning often times the outlook email does not update.  He has a data connection when this is happening.  He can surf the internet.  If he presses the sync button he will get an error message 80072efd.  This only happens intermittently.  It happened to the user this morning and it has happened to me while iI've been composing this message.  Sometimes turning the device on and off or removing the battery will resolve the issue.  This seems to have started when we did a windows update on the phone.  I have done several things suggested online to resolve this issue.  We purchased a new verisign security ceritificate for our exchange server.  We had been using a self signed cert.  I also update exchange to the most current service pack.  Help!  I've been dealing with this issue for several months.
