QuestionBlackberry Mobile Devices and Exchange Servers

Does Exchange server 2007, or 2010 for that matter, have any built in integration to sync with Blackberry Devices?   Mail/contact/calendar?  Or does on have to use the BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 for Exchange server?  I was thinking Exchange has that ability with WM5 and 6, but not blackberry.  Can someone please confirm my beliefs?
    What are your recommendations?

    Thanks in Advance, tandrist

Exchange does not have any built in sync integration with Blackberry. Win mobile devices use the ActiveSync protocol. You do not have to have a BES server to get your Exchange mail on the blackberry, you could look into using the desktop software.

Mark is absolutely right, but I tend to think of it the other way around. Blackberry devices don't have inbuilt integration with Exchange ActiveSync! This is a Blackberry device limitation, rather than an Exchange limitation. There are third party applications that allow Blackberries to ActiveSync, such as http://www.astrasync.com/ . I have not tested this so can’t confirm its reliability.

    Recommendations ? Buy a Windows Phone ! ;-)

Windows phones can sync (obviously), iPhones can sync, Nokias can sync .. only BackBerries can't (on it's own). Yes, this smells like intentional by RIM :)
Besides implementing BES Server ($) you can check out 3rd party software like AstraSync (as indicated by Wayne).
