    Hello Brian,

    I suggest you installing all latest updates of Exchange and test the issue again. If you're using Exchange 2007, please upgrade to SP2.

    If Windows Mobile device works well with Exchange, the issue can be a compatibility issue. We suggest you contact Motorola support for further help.

    I haven't tested the Droid, but the ActiveSync support on the HTC Hero does not implement all security policies so to sync it I had to move the user account to an ActiveSync policy that had "Allow Non-provisionable" devices checked.

    The EAS implementation on the Hero was doen by HTC so it's probably not the same one on the Droid, but it could be a similar issue.
