Issue with OWA of Exchange 2007

1. This is my network. Kindly go through that and please help me.
Server 2003 standard (64 bit) Sp2. (Domain Controller), Exchange 2007 Installed (Hub Transport)
2. In exchange configured OWA & Outlook anywhere
3. CA configured.
4. Everything is working fine, but only internally not outside.
5. No static IP… VPN configured.
6. ISA 2006 installed in workgroup environment
7. Domain name is registered with hosting site. (Ex:- XYZ.com is registered with bluehost.com)
8. In web server I use to create the mail ID and through POPcon (POP3 connector) , I use to download mails and send it to the users (user id and mail box use to be create in exchange & AD)
If i am trying to access the OWA and outlook anywhere then both are not working from outside.
Anyone can help me out in this.

Check your firewall is not blocking the port..Port 80 and 443..
Check you have configured NAT properly pointing to ISA server
The public ip provided for OWA is correct one
Check out the certificate is configured properly in the web listener of ISA server..
