QuestionRemote Wipe not working on iPhone

    I've a Exchange 2003 sp2 and iPhone 3GS, the push mail has been enabled and work perfectly.
    However, after I installed mobile admin tools on my Exchange03, I can see my device in "Remote Device Wipe", when I enter my e-mail address, it report " Failed to access user's Mailbox, verify that the mailbox and user account are enabled and functional. ".
    Please help.
