  i ve searched by Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Tools to find some new or important tools which can help me. i got this link from Microsoft  site, but many of these are .exe files and runs in command line.

  
  

  Can anybody tell me or clarify how to use these tools in Exchange Server 2003,
