Friday, April 27, 2012 5:49 PMI am trying to set up my outlook email account. I have windows7 and mozilla firefox. I cannot send or receive mail. I keep getting the error message that the server has timed out. I've also received the message "must issue starttls" command first. I've done this but I still can't get on. Can someone answer this is in a non techie way? thank you
